Assisting developers in the most relevant RE deals and developments currently ongoing, i.e:

• Coima Sgr Spa – Covivio Sa – Prada Spa: redevelopment of the “Porta Romana” disused railway yard with the authorization and construction of the Olympic Village for the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Games
• Hines: redevelopment of the ex-Falck areas (“Milanosesto”)
• Risanamento: redevelopment of the Milano Santa Giulia district, with the construction authorization and of the arena for the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Games
• Arexpo: redevelopment of the exhibition site in which Expo 2015 was held, now Milan Innovation District (“MIND”)
• Coima Sgr Spa: further redevelopment of the Milan Porta Nuova area
