Our Cases

The transactions we advised on stand among the most innovative and first-of-their-kind in the jurisdiction in which we provided counsel to IFC on Serbia’s first MREL aligned financing transaction – a landmark capital injection into AIK Banka and delivering the first comprehensive survey of Serbia’s newly aligned BRRD2/CRR2 MREL framework.
