Our Cases

We are currently working with some of the biggest banks, insurers and financial institutions and their customers in Central and East and Southeast Europe on issues from commercial lending, project financing and private equity to regulatory work, IPOs, takeovers, credit-linked notes, securitizations, de-listings and loan portfolios. As a result of our specialization, we have taken on a key forerunner position on current legal issues in Bulgaria advising on regulatory matters related to financial instruments transactions, payment services and market entries.

Our Role

We are able to provide commercial and strategical advice on local challenges; enabling our clients to accommodate and deal with issues ahead of time during the project structuring. We regularly work as lead advisers and manage and coordinate regional projects out of Bulgaria.
