Winston's Texas-based team focuses on energy, oil and gas, and food service industries mostly in the lower middle market advising on deals ranging from $250m to $500mm. The team is based in both Dallas and Houston, capturing the full Texas market. The Firm as a whole continues to focus on investing in the private equity “ecosystem” supporting growth in the practice infrastructure and support transactional practices (tax, employee benefits/executive compensation, real estate, IP). Throughout our long history, we have advised on a broad scope of high-profile transactions and matters for our clients—from cross-border transactions, take-private transactions, and carve-outs, to distressed acquisitions and precedent-setting restructurings. The Texas offices (Dallas and Houston) across the corporate practice grew last year and are expected to continue to grow to respond to increase deal flow.
