Vicente Sederberg LLP is a cannabis law firm that has been at the cutting edge of marijuana and hemp law and policy since the inception of the regulated cannabis industry — an industry it helped lay the groundwork for, and which it has continued to advance in a dynamic and responsible manner for nearly a decade.

VS was founded in Colorado in 2010 by attorneys who played key roles in establishing the nation's first state-regulated medical cannabis market, as well as drafting, campaigning for, and implementing Amendment 64, which created the world's first legal cannabis market for adults. Since then, the firm has helped develop cannabis policies across the U.S. and around the globe.

The firm offers a broad suite of legal, corporate, policy, and research services for all types of plant-touching and ancillary businesses across the adult-use cannabis, medical cannabis, and hemp markets, from small family-owned operations to large multi-state operators. With more than 90 employees working out of offices in Denver, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, and Jacksonville, VS has developed a strong national presence and a growing international reach.
