Our litigation and arbitration group has developed a high degree of expertise within the banking industry, ranging from insolvency procedures to specific regulatory issues. We represent clients before national regulatory bodies such as Infarmed (Portuguese Health Authority), Competition Authority, Portuguese Securities Commission, ANACOM (Telecommunications Authority) in the context of misdemeanour proceedings launched by these entities within their respective scope of action.
