Individual and group employment and pension law

We advise and litigate in the entire field of individual and group employment and pension law. Among other things, this includes recruitment and dismissal, flexible employment, collective agreements and pension issues but also reorganisations, corporate transitions, outsourcing, privacy and the adjustment and harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment. We also offer advice in the field of employment law when it comes to mergers and acquisitions, and competition.
