Our attorneys partner with clients to anticipate and manage the multitude of risks presented by the modern workforce, including through the development and modification of workplace policies, training programs, and practical advice on specific employee complaints and contemplated employment actions. We draft and litigate noncompetition and related covenants. We work closely with the Firm's employee benefits and tax lawyers in preparing executive employment, compensation, and severance agreements and arrangements, and we prosecute and defend legal actions based on those agreements and arrangements.
