Exploitation:Negotiation of intellectual property rights. Legal and operational structuring of franchise models; negotiation of technology licenses and transfer contracts.

Protection: Advice for the defense of acquired rights, this includes extrajudicial claim processes, anti-piracy, infringement, unfair competition and nullity actions, internet domains infringements and administrative sanctions.
