Osborn Maledon's commercial litigation attorneys are extremely experienced in handling particularly complex litigation on a broad range of matters, including class actions and multi-district litigation, and in cases alleging securities and antitrust violations, misuse of intellectual property, consumer fraud and product liability.  We also work extensively with educational institutions and government entities in litigation and regulatory matters.
