Our Michigan office specializes in all avenues of employment litigation, and handles significant audits and counselling issues for clients. The service industries have continued to be growing industry sectors for our office, as well as continued growth in manufacturing and private education representative engagements. The office has seen a growth in the areas of pay equity and OFCCP compliance, as well as an increased presence in labor law matters.

A distinct advantage we offer our clients is the ability to serve as internal or external general employment counsel seamlessly without the need to bring in any other firm. Our office regularly engages in such relationships with our clients in which an Ogletree Deakins attorney serves as the client’s on-site employment counsel, typically on an interim basis.
