The Illinois office based in Chicago is a flagship office of our national labor and employment firm. It represents contractor associations in multiple states and negotiates agreements with construction trades that are used to establish prevailing wage standards in Northern Illinois. The office has expertise in processing job impediment claims to the National Plan for the Settlement of Jurisdictional Disputes, in Washington, D.C.
