The team advises Italian, European and US insurance players on all aspects of the insurance industry, including joint ventures, bancassurance partnerships, W&I policies, new product launches and contracts as well as the implementation, maintenance and assessment of corporate governance models and internal policies. The team also specializes in litigation concerning claims related to D&O and other financial lines insurance covers. 

Recent work includes:

BPER on the revision of their partnership arrangements with Unipol Group for the distribution of insurance products to corporate clients through the bank’s network as well as of standardized banking products to Unipol’s clients through the network of insurance intermediaries.

Cattolica Assicurazioni on the admission to trading on MTA of Cattolica Assicurazioni’s shares resulting from the reserved capital increase, subscribed by Assicurazioni Generali, for a total amount of €300 million.

Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A./Allied World on an EU-wide project entailing the review and localisation of the policy terms and conditions of an innovative insurance product covering clinical trials liability.

REVO (Elba Assicurazioni) on their commercial partnership with Vittoria Assicurazioni for the distribution of surety products through Vittoria distribution channels.
