Our labour department is best known for its technical, creative and efficient approach for the prevention, management and solution of labour disputes. We deal with consulting in labour matters in general, labour compliance, labour administrative proceedings before agents of the Ministry of Economy, negotiation, labour administrative proceedings and litigation with the Labour Prosecutors. Before Superior Courts, we represent clients in the condition of amicus curiae in leading cases and we are also engaged in drafting and submitting briefs and presenting oral arguments. Moreover, we conduct collective negotiation with unions and collective lawsuits dealing also with special and strategic issues (civil class actions; lawsuits for termination of employment agreements; writ of mandamus; lawsuits to review employees’ benefits; lawsuits for annulment of notice of violation; lawsuits involving executives, work conditions, work-related diseases and accidents.
