Lydian’s employment, pensions and benefits team comprises around 20 lawyers working from the firm’s offices in Brussels, Antwerp and Hasselt, thus making the team one of the largest in the Belgian market. Employment law issues are extremely diverse and require expertise in many areas of practice. The size of Lydian’s employment team not only enables us to offer you a full range of services and support but also makes sure that your question will be handled by a specialist who is dedicated to the specific practice area you need.
Our key areas of activity are company restructurings, international mobility, outsourcing projects, compensation and benefits, dispute resolution, pensions, privacy at work, and health and safety in the workplace.
We represent large and medium-sized Belgian and international companies in all their legal work at competitive rates. We are one of the few independent employment practices in Belgium operating outside a US/UK law firm banner. Lydian is therefore a popular referral choice for foreign firms seeking a high quality law firm in Belgium with recognized skills in employment, pensions and benefits.
We are frequently instructed on the Belgium aspects of cross-border matters and are actively involved in innovative and complex files.
