We are particularly known for our private equity/venture capital, energy, real estate, transport, health care, life sciences and technology driven start-ups (including fintech) knowledge.

Clients appreciate that our corporate team closely involves our specialists in adjacent areas such as tax, capital markets, litigation, banking, IP, employment and environmental law.

The team is extending its stature in our four home markets - the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland - and internationally. In cross border transactions our clients can also rely on our strong relationships with other leading law firms and tax advisers around the globe.

Our firm has a good mixture of high profile and mid-market cases. A substantial share of our Corporate / M&A clients include private equity firms, their managers, investors and other players in the private equity industry. As regards size and experience, no other Dutch firm comes close to us.
