What the Team is Known For

KPMG houses a strong employment law offering that focuses on representing public companies and other large employers in business-critical employment matters. The team advises clients on issues such as workforce pay and compliance, changes to the workforce including restructurings and redundancies, and corporate support matters. It has a client base drawn from a range of sectors such as retail, financial services and consumer goods. In addition, the department benefits from being able to support its clients with bespoke technological products.

Strengths

KPMG set up strong ways of working from the outset of the project. We had regular check-ins and any time we needed ad hoc support they were incredibly responsive.

They very much act as one team and you are confident when speaking to each team member - irrespective of level - that they have a very good grasp of the subject and client needs.

The team are client-oriented in their approach and quite pragmatic as well. They listen to your needs and alert you to things when needed.
