The department covers a wide range of complex, and high value clinical negligence cases for Bristol and the South West and South Wales. The team has particular experience in birth injury, spinal cord injury and fatal claims, providing inquest representation for families. 

The department is also enhanced and supported by the Bristol based Court of Protection team, who provide financial deputyships and support with all aspects of damages management, as well as the Public Law team, who provide assistance to clients in relation to social care, health and educational issues.
