INTEGRITES Corporate and M&A team provides legal solutions for the national and international companies doing business in Ukraine. The lawyers advise clients on their daily operations, corporate governance and finance, direct reorganization, joint ventures as well and private and public M&As.

Over the past 12 months, despite the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Corporate and M&A department kept the pace of the previous year increasing the number of new clients up to 40% as well as supporting our long-standing clients on their new projects in Ukraine. It is worth mentioning that most of our clients (95%) are international companies which proves that we deliver services of high quality that meet their compliance standards. In 2020, we witnessed the increasing the number of M&A projects (57%), all of them were cross-border.

Over the past 12 months, the team advised the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and a state-owned Ukrgasbank on EUR 30 mln loan agreement with the International Finance Corporate. The deal was unprecedented for the Ukrainian banking market and is the first significant step made by the Government in attempting to launch a full-scale privatization of state banks.
