We have been active in Ukraine since 1988 and officially opened our Kyiv office in 1992. Since then we have expanded, adding Western-trained Ukrainian lawyers, partners and staff, from our London, Frankfurt, New York and Paris offices. Many of our lawyers divide their time between our Kyiv office and major international financial centers, providing them with an ability to combine in-depth local knowledge with a global perspective. Today our Kyiv office employs 27 lawyers, including seven partners, dedicated full-time to our Ukrainian practice. 

Our Ukrainian lawyers provide you with full-service commercial and corporate advice.  We handle all aspects of national and international commercial and corporate law for companies based in the mid-cap segment as well as multinational corporations and institutional investors.
