What the Team is Known For
The Asters team is regularly called upon to advise on local and cross-border M&A deals. The law firm is also active on corporate restructuring and joint venture projects. The corporate practice is well equipped to assist with general corporate and commercial governance matters, as well as due diligence processes for both domestic and international clients. The law firm often works in co-operation with international law firms and represents companies from an array of sectors, notably financial services, energy, agriculture and technology.
