The Labour Department at IA has highly qualified and experienced lawyers who provide legal advice and consultancy to both national and international clients for compliance with current labor and social security law and regulations, as well as the drafting of all type of employment contracts.

We represent our clients in matters related to individual and collective rights in labor disputes, disputes between employers and employees in judicial processes or before administrative instances such as the Ministry of Labor, National Health Fund and Pension Funds Administrators, and Union negotiations.

Because we have a preventive focus, we legally counsel our clients in their day – to – day labor and social security aspects that may arise as consequence of employment relations as well as during the processes of mergers and acquisitions or any type of corporate restructuring, interacting actively with our clients, in order to mitigate any conflicts.
