Assisted a joint venture of Cairn Energy, Woodside Petroleum, FAR and Petrosen on the development, structuring and financing of the SNE offshore oil and gas fields in Senegal.

Advised NNB, a subsidiary of EDF, on a number of construction, strategy and regulatory matters in relation to the development of Sizewell C, the proposed newbuild nuclear power station in Suffolk.
