Headrick has a premier Litigation Department that handles

civil, commercial, labour, administrative, constitutional, regulatory,
banking, sports, telecommunications, consumer, intellectual property,
criminal and real estate disputes and litigation, as well as being a
recognized leader in arbitration and other alternative dispute
resolution (ADR) methods. This department currently has four partners
and approximately 14 associates, in addition to 4 paralegals dedicated
to this area.

The Firm has a portfolio
of over 740 active litigation cases, which is likely to be the largest
litigation portfolio in the country. In addition to the high volume of
active cases we must point out the elevated number of cases that have
reached the Supreme Court of Justice and we have obtained favourable
decisions for our clients.
