We render legal counseling to domestic and international broker dealers, banks, fund managers, security issuers, agents and operators, underwriters, fund managers, financial institutions and investment banks in connection with all capital markets matters.

We are experienced in local and international debt offerings both in Europe and in the United States as well as registration of American Depositary Receipt programs and of convertible bonds for Chilean companies.

We have also built a strong securitization practice. We led the first revolving securitized bond issued in Chile and, since then, we have advised different financial and corporate clients in over 30 securitization processes. Moreover, we have an important investment and mutual funds practice.

We have been deeply involved in the legal aspects of the incorporation of more than 100 funds in the last few years. Furthermore, we render legal advice to more than 330 foreign funds.

In addition, we have a very large pool of clients in our derivatives department, drafting and negotiating ISDA agreements and structuring new derivatives products.
