Our Warsaw-based Capital Markets practice is known for its ability to offer advice on a variety of subjects, including all major types of transactions on debt capital markets.

We also have substantial expertise in equity capital markets. Our lawyers have structured and closed a wide range of transaction types, including initial public offerings (IPOs), rights offerings, public takeovers and mergers (including tender offers and delistings), share buybacks, equity carve-outs, and accelerated book-buildings (ABB).

Our team also advices on compliance matters, especially on behalf of issuers (MAR), investment firms (MiFID), and heavy industry businesses (economic sanctions). We represent clients in investigations and enforcement actions taken by the Polish financial regulator.
