Our Warsaw-based multidisciplinary team includes lawyers specialising in M&A and corporate law. We provide comprehensive legal advice on the basis of dedicated project teams, which often include specialists from other areas of law, such as banking and finance, private equity and venture capital.

We are continuously advising on the largest and most complex M&A transactions on the Polish market. We represent leading Polish and foreign investors during complex M&A projects, financial operations and investment processes in Poland, as well as in cross-border multi-jurisdictional transactions. Members of the practice have extensive corporate experience in a range of industry sectors, with a special focus on mining and heavy industries.

We carry out and supervise private equity and LBO transactions, providing comprehensive legal and business advice at every stage of the investment process, from planning the optimal structure, through the due diligence process, assessing the risks and participating at negotiations to ensuring the transaction closes smoothly.

We are a long-standing member of the Polish Private Equity Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Inwestorów Kapitałowych) which gathers private equity/venture capital investors active in Poland.
