When Gide opened an office in Warsaw in 1991, it was one of the first international legal practices acting in Poland under the new regime. Over the past three decades, we have been involved in a large number of projects, including the most important privatisations and investment transactions on the Polish market. Gide Warsaw provides legal advice in all key areas of business law and is one of the most highly recommended international law firms in Poland.


Gide Warsaw employs over 40 lawyers and tax advisers, including five partners, and advises leading players in Poland, ranging from financial institutions to developers and leaders in the gas, petrochemicals and retail sectors. Gide Loyrette Nouel has a solid practice group advising both domestic and international clients on sizeable financing transactions. The department stands out for its expertise in secured and structured finance, including in factoring facilities. It also covers corporate loans as well as project and real estate finance transactions.
