Highly experienced in the energy sector, where we frequently participate in upstream, midstream and downstream oil & gas projects, and power projects. We regularly advise on urban infrastructure projects, transportation projects, telecommunications facilities and other government owned infrastructure projects.
We represent all participants in infrastructure projects: sponsors, project companies, financial institutions, private equity funds, multilateral agencies, governmental entities, export credit agencies, insurers and contractors. We have a strong record of accomplishment in advising governmental entities in the design of bidding guidelines, its instrumentation, negotiation and drafting of the actual project agreements, as well as during all the stages of the bidding process and until the award of the concession titles and contracts.
