Our Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group, comprises two main practices: Intellectual Property Law and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Law.

Our Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group is a broad-based field of work built around (i) IP expertise, (ii) industry knowledge in the technology and telecommunications sector, and (iii) experience in media regulation and content issues. Members of this group have a wide range of expertise, including areas such as IP dispute resolution, commercial matters, regulatory matters, and intellectual property and technology law focused work on mergers and acquisitions processes, as well as trademark registration and data protection. Areas of expertise, amongst many, include creation of brand strategy, IP litigation, digital copyright, telecommunications, broadcasting, new media, internet law, e-commerce, and data protection.
