• Advising before competent authorities to proceed with the transaction, including, without limitation, the Financial Superintendence and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, as applicable.
• Performing due diligence for potential buyers and potential sellers.
• Analyzing and advising on the structuring of the transaction.
