We work closely with our clients to draft, review, and implement plans and benefit strategies for every area of employee benefits, including qualified retirement plans, welfare and fringe benefit programs, equity and other executive compensation, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), Affordable Care Act compliance, ERISA and health care litigation, benefit insurance and insurance litigation, Voluntary Employees’ Beneficiary Associations (VEBAs), multiemployer fringe benefit funds, and fiduciary compliance and best practices.
