Heather Hobson is an experienced public family law specialist who handles a range of care proceedings involving emotional, sexual and domestic abuse.

Julia Cheetham KC is highly experienced in matters involving children and vulnerable adults. She has particular expertise in cases involving allegations of sexual abuse and non-accidental injuries, as well as complex and law-changing Children Act cases.

Rebecca Gregg exclusively handles children law cases, tackling public and private work. She routinely represents children and their guardians in care proceedings and other cases involving allegations of sexual abuse and violence. Her public law expertise also includes non-accidental injury matters.

Susan Grocott KC has a diverse practice, advising on a range of finance issues in addition to public and private children work. Her caseload includes an emphasis on negligence, ill treatment, grave abuse, and relocation. She often advises on the Children Act.

Michael Jones KC is an experienced children law and Court of Protection practitioner with experience of complex cases regarding allegations of abuse and injury. He is able to deal with challenging medical evidence and has a great deal of High Court and Court of Appeal experience, often engaging with novel points of law.

Annie Sayers is recognised for her strong work in both public and private children law proceedings. Sayers is often sought to represent parents, guardians and local authorities in complex cases related to parental alienation, care arrangements, accusations of abuse and coercive behaviour. She is incredibly well versed in dealing with fact finding hearings that require the evaluation of complicated medical evidence.

Liam Kelly has an impressive practice in family law. He is frequently sought to act in private children proceedings. He has expertise in child arrangement and abduction matters, among many others. He also has significant experience in matrimonial finance cases.

Prudence Beaumont undertakes a wide breadth of family law work. She regularly handles cases involving non-accidental injury, allegations of abuse, and abduction. She also has experience with financial remedy proceedings.
