We are retained as the sole employment law advisers to McDonald's in the UK, in addition to day to day advice, employment and immigration and defence of employment tribunals.

We continue to support and advise McDonald's Restaurants Limited in respect of immigration matters and complex queries concerning eligibility to work issues, training, visitor visas and their sponsorship licence. In particular, this year we have undertaken audits which have encompassed a review of a selection of their employee files to identify any right to work issues.
