Since setting foot in Asia, we have been providing offshore legal services to many of the region’s oldest and largest institutions and corporations. With the Hong Kong and Singapore offices combined, we have a total of 36 lawyers in Asia, making us one of the largest offshore firms in the region. Our Asia-based lawyers advise on Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands laws. Through our global network, we provide clients with timely and commercial advice they need for cross-border transactions and court cases.

• JMH Company Limited on its issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$1.2 billion guaranteed bonds guaranteed by Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited (nominated at the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2021 for Debt Market Deal of the Year.)• CAR Inc. and Indigo Glamour Company Limited on the privatisation of CAR Inc. by way of Voluntary General Offer & Compulsory Acquisition (shortlisted at IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2021 for M&A Deal of the Year.

• HKT Group Holdings Limited on the issue of an aggregate principal amount of US$650 million 3.00% guaranteed notes due 2032
