Our experience

We have accumulated experience in consultancy and cross-border litigation in strategic issues involving key executives of companies and have been involved in matters of privacy/data protection of employees, whistleblowing, stock option, restrictive covenants, profit-sharing plans, in addition to the traditional employment-related matters. 

Our labour department is also known for developing a close relationship with international clients and firms and can explain the Brazilian legal system to foreigners in an efficient way, comparing our local system with the system of jurisdictions such as the USA, England, Italy, Israel, Spain, Germany and France. 

We also help clients with business in Latin America by coordinating work from other employment law firms to provide a consolidated view of the different employment laws on a same matter.
