Our highly regarded Employment law practice specializes in French and multi-jurisdictional employment law issues and comprises 3 partners, 1 professor and around 10 associates. The team is able to deliver full-service advice on all aspects of employment law, ranging from transactional work to complex litigation and day-to-day employment matters.

Our Employment law team is used to assisting companies with their day-to-day employment matters.

Subjects covered are very diverse: review of the employment contracts, assistance with regards to working time / Sunday work / night work, assistance on profit sharing and remuneration issues, daily advice on the management of individual working relationships and the management of employee representative bodies.

Our Employment law practice has extensive experience assisting multinational clients involved in complex reorganizations, site closures and restructurings. These types of operations raise various legal and HR issues and it is necessary to consult with legal counsel from the outset to determine the best approach in order to reconcile business needs, timing considerations and labour law constraints.

Our team is also well known for handling the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions or other sensitive operations of this nature.
