Pascale Lagesse is a Partner and head of Bredin Prat’s Employment Law practice. She has over 20 years of experience advising international corporate clients. Her practice focuses on the employment issues arising out of mergers & acquisitions and corporate downsizings and restructurings. Pascale has particular expertise with employee representation issues, including the negotiation of collective agreements. She counsels leading public and private companies on executive severance packages and separation agreements. Pascale is a seasoned litigator with significant experience defending clients in both individual disputes and complex collective disputes with unions, works councils and other employee representative bodies.
Career
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pascale served as the head of the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice of a leading Magic Circle firm.
Pascale was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1989. She is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Maîtrise in judicial practice) and the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in Private Law).
Professional Memberships
Pascale is active in a variety of legal organizations and is currently the Assistant Treasurer of the International Bar Association and Course Director for Labor Law Studies at the Paris Bar School.
