The firm is regularly asked to advise international groups in connection with complex multi-level employee representative information and consultation procedures, before the European works council and company-level works councils and health and safety committees.


The employment law team assists companies in negotiating and concluding collective bargaining agreements, including framework agreements, renegotiation of collective benefits, strategic workforce planning, working hours, etc… The team also advises on the implementation of employee assessment policies and systems and on issues of equal treatment and non-discrimination. The team also assists companies in devising and implementing job protection plans.


The team has extensive experience in M&A transactions and strategic reorganizations, social management of M&A operations and transfers of companies and activities. Its intervention covers both the project design and implementation phases.


The firm regularly represents employers before the French courts (employment tribunals, civil courts and criminal courts) and French labor authorities in proceedings involving employees collectively or individually.
