The team has extensive experience in M&A transactions and strategic reorganizations, social management of M&A operations and transfers of companies and activities. Its intervention covers both the project design and implementation phases

The firm regularly represents employers before the French courts (employment tribunals, civil courts and criminal courts) and French labor authorities in proceedings involving employees collectively or individually.
