Laetitia Tombarello, Partner, is a member of the firm’s Employment Law team.
Her practice focuses on the employment law aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and restructurings.
She also advises French and international clients in connection with collective bargaining, workforce reduction plans, company savings schemes and remuneration of senior executives.
She has additional expertise in the area of international labour mobility, employee remuneration plans and performance evaluation schemes.
Laetitia Tombarello lectures on employment law at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University.
