The International Arbitration team assists Italian and foreign companies, advising on high-stakes and prominent cases, including institutional and ad hoc arbitrations on matters governed by different substantive and procedural laws and institutional rules, and in different jurisdictions. Team’s experience covers a broad spectrum of subject matters (commercial contracts, construction, M&A, joint ventures, company law, agency and distribution, competition and EU law, telecommunications, etc.); it also advises on arbitration strategy and acts before national courts in support of arbitral proceedings and for the enforcement and setting aside of awards.
