Partner Vittorio Allavena specialises in litigation with focus on corporate law, bankruptcy, banking and insurance and private clients, directors’ and majority shareholders’ liability for abuse of management and coordination powers, liability of financial intermediaries, abuse of economic dependence in supply relations, D&O and BBB insurance coverage, follow-on actions for antitrust damages, arbitration cases, acting as counsel and as arbitrator.

He is member of the Corporate Governance, Insurance, Sports Law and Private Clients Focus Teams as well as a member of the Competition Litigation Task Force.
