Paolo Di Giovanni is partner and co-head of the International Arbitration practice. He specialises in litigation and international arbitration with focus on corporate law, commercial law, competition law and M&A; international contracts concerning TLCs systems, power plants, underground railway systems, dams and manmade canals and desalination plants; gas supply and price review contracts; environmental damage liability; international corruption. He is also a member of the Construction & Engineering and Environmental Sustainability Focus Teams.
