Many of our matters involve multi-practice, multi-jurisdictional advice. Our team is truly national in scope, with significant strength in our Toronto, Montréal and Vancouver offices. Our Montréal office has extensive experience with language requirements and Quebec-specific advertising issues across industries.

As advertising & marketing issues evolve with changes in the economy and federal and provincial legislation, our team adapts, mitigating the risks that may arise for our clients.

In addition to day-to-day regulatory work, we work on large scale transactions, including assessing marketing and advertising compliance of target companies, transactional risk and risk mitigation in relation to the marketing and advertising practices of target companies, integration planning on pricing and marketing matters and developing compliance programs.
