We have a fully dedicated Financial Services Regulatory team operating in Spain. The department covers the full range of financial services, including in particular, payment and e-money services, credit and forex, funds and asset management, insurance and fintech solutions. It works closely with leading players from each subsector advising from day to day compliance advisory matters to complex transactions or contractual matters with a financial services component.
