- Baker McKenzie's Tokyo, Zürich and Singapore offices advised DBS Bank, UBS and SBI Digital Asset Holdings in connection with the structuring, documentation and registration of a digital cross-border repo transaction, part of Project Guardian by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
- Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow advised a syndicate of banks on a USD700 million sustainability-linked syndicated term loan facility for PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur.
- Baker McKenzie represented the Securities and Futures Commission in receiving a HKD2.7 billion term loan for the acquisition of 12 floors at the One Island East Office Tower from Swire Properties.
