Kondracki Celej advised ReSpo.Vision on raising PLN 18 mln to develop sports analytics technology.
Kondracki Celej had the pleasure of advising the Polish deep tech startup ReSpo.Vision in a PLN 18 million funding round.
The funds were raised from Vinci S.A. and Smartlink Partners, as well as private investors including footballer Jan Bednarek, Amar Shah and Marcin Żukowski, co-founder of Snowflake.
ReSpo.Vision has developed an innovative technology based on artificial intelligence and computer vision that enables advanced 3D motion tracking from sports game footage. The solution allows for automatic tracking of over 50 body points on a player with centimeter-level accuracy, without the need for additional sensors or specialized stadium infrastructure. ReSpo.Vision’s technology is already being used by global sports organizations such as CONCACAF and CONMEBOL.
The legal team from Kondracki Celej, led by Arkadiusz Klejnowski with support from Monika Twierdochlib and Weronika Dąbrowska, and under the supervision of Rafał Celej, provided comprehensive legal services for the transaction. Their advisory scope included the preparation of investment documentation, negotiations with investors, and support throughout every stage of the financing process.
The funds raised will allow ReSpo.Vision to further develop its products in the areas of match analytics and sports broadcasting, as well as explore potential applications of its technology in other sectors such as security and medicine.
