This edition of the guide and legal rankings also ranks 1,437 unique law firms, across 52 jurisdictions and 3 regions.
Who are the law firms with the highest number of department rankings in Chambers Europe 2022?
The law firm CMS saw the highest number of departments ranked, with 185 in total.
These legal rankings are spread across 26 unique countries and reflect the firm’s broad legal services and offering and showcase an impressive expanse of offices, spanning across Europe from the UK to Spain and to Poland and Romania.
Clifford Chance and DLA Piper each achieved 166 rankings in the guide for 2022. Baker McKenzie achieved 162 and Allen & Overy 158.
DLA Piper also saw the greatest increase in the number of rankings among the top law firms, gaining 10 department rankings over the course of our research.
