INSPIRE is our internal D&I and Responsible Business employee engagement network. Chambers actively encourages an open, inclusive and supportive work culture driven by the diversity of our people, our ideas and our innovation, enabling every employee to feel empowered.
The committee is composed of Chairs and Ambassadors from across the business who work alongside Executive Sponsors, all members of the Executive Leadership Team, driving engagement and positive action in line with the committee objectives. The committee is split into 9 strands to focus on key areas of D&I and Responsible Business.
