We have over 400 employees and are proud to speak over 24 languages to conduct our research. Our Research Team consists of over 200 researchers covering 200 different jurisdictions. Our corporate functions include Commercial, Marketing, Events, Product, Technology, People, Finance and Diversity & Inclusion.

Our working environment is innovative, collaborative, open and supportive. Innovation and optimising business and personal growth potential are key priorities for us. We hold monthly All Company Meetings to provide business updates and to allow employees to ask questions to our senior leadership team directly.
We strongly believe in the importance of our senior leadership and management teams being visible and accountable for development across the business, and all line managers take their responsibility for the performance and wellbeing of their teams seriously. We also have an internal hub providing the latest company news and providing further information about the activities and remits of each team.
